Harrell wants legislative audit of Employment Security Commission

House Speaker Bobby Harrell said the S.C. Employment Security Commission should agree to an audit by the Legislative Audit Council. As unemployment rises and the state is unable to pay benefits without borrowing from the federal government, an audit could help the state identify ways to cut costs.
