The cottages, which will be in a new neighborhood called Indigo Woods area, are designed for independent living in a continuing care retirement community, officials said.

Indigo Woods will offer four models, each featuring an open floor plan ranging from 1,575 to 1,903 square feet, with two bedrooms, two baths and a den.

The cottages will be priced from the mid-$300,000 range and include private garages, outdoor living spaces, walk-in closets, fully equipped kitchens with appliances, washer and dryer, and an emergency system. Basic utilities are also included.

Phase I will include eight cottages, with construction planned to begin in early fall.

Residents of Indigo Woods “will enjoy all the amenities of resort-style living and a worry-free, wellness-centered lifestyle,” said Danny Sanford, CEO of Still Hopes, in a news release.
