EagleEye Analytics launches customer success office

Columbia-based EagleEye Analytics has launched a customer success office to help insurance carriers use new predictive analytics insights to make improvements in their businesses.

Marlowe Leibensperger, the firm's former senior vice president of business development, will lead the office.

"We have created the Office of Customer Success to help our clients get the most from predictive analytics. Predictive analytics in insurance is a two-step process. The first step is finding answers, gaining insights. But the second step holds the real value to our customers: making improvements based on those insights," said Wade Bontrager, president and CEO of EagleEye Analytics, in a news release.

The customer service team will help carriers make business decisions on predictive analytics as well as develop strategies and implementation plans, Bontrager said.

Leibensperger has more than 15 years of insurance experience, and has been with EagleEye Analytics for almost five years.

A privately held company, EagleEye Analytics is backed by FirstMark Capital in New York.
