Kelly McCain Smith & Owens, a communications and consulting firm specializing in public policy issues, has extended its lease at 1122 Lady St. in Columbia.

The firm has been a tenant in the 150,000-square-foot, 12-story multitenant office building for 13 years.

Colliers International’s Boyd Summers and Tommy Johnson, who brokered the lease extension, represented the landlord, C&K Carolina LLC.
