Mike Allocca, president of Allocca Enterprises, will instruct the workshop. Allocca teaches seminars around the world and consults one-on-one with companies to strengthen export compliance strategies.
This workshop is ideal for traffic managers, purchasing managers, shipping/receiving personnel, compliance officers, sales managers, customer service managers and anyone involved or concerned with international shipments, the Commercial Service said.
“For new and seasoned exporters alike, Schedule B product classification is a primary building block for successful exporting," said Denis Csizmadia, manager of the U.S. Export Assistance Center in Greenville and organizer of the event.
The seminar will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Clemson Small Business Development Center in Greenville. The cost is $195, but qualifying companies can have that fee waived under the State Trade and Export Promotion grant. Click here to register.
