Three commercial properties change hands in Columbia area

A portion of the former auto dealership at 320 Greystone Blvd. in Columbia has been sold for around $1.27 million.

The purchaser, Enterprise Leasing Co., acquired a 1.78-acre portion of the former Stivers Lincoln-Mercury dealership, which included a 7,500-square-foot building.

NAI Avant brokers Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers represented the seller and Paul Hartley represented the purchaser in the transaction.

Currently, 4.02 acres is still available for purchase.

Separately, NAI Avant broker Cam Kreps recently represented the purchaser in the acquisition of about 20 acres with improvements located at the intersection of Farrow and Hardscrabble roads in northeast Columbia.

The property, 121 Highland Center Drive, sold for $1.12 million. The name of the purchaser was not disclosed.

Meanwhile, Grubb & Ellis Wilson Kibler handled the recent sale of 1402 Atlas Road, Columbia. George McCutchen represented the seller, 1400 Atlas Properties LLC, in the sale of 55,000 square feet of industrial and office space to the buyer, Eat More Trees.
