Medical Services of America has purchased a 20,000 square foot building in Irmo for $812,500.

The property is at 2 Palmetto Wood Parkway, off St. Andrews Road.

NAI Avant brokers Ben Kelly and Patrick Chambers represented the seller in the transaction.

Lexington-based Medical Services of America’s services include hospice care, home health care, home medical equipment and diabetes support services.
