Paul Halphen

First Citizens announced Paul Halphen has been promoted to relationship manager at the bank’s Cayce branch on Knox Abbott Drive.

He will be responsible for building relationships with consumers and business customers by identifying and recommending solutions for their financial needs, the company said.

Halphen previously worked as a commercial credit analyst for the company. A native of Spartanburg, Halphen graduated from Clemson University with a degree in financial management.
