NAI Avant recently brokered the sale of 800 acres in Clarendon County for more than $2 million, the Columbia-based commercial real estate company said.

The land was purchased by Taw Caw Farms LLC. The property fronts U.S. Highway 301 and K.W. Hodge Road in Summerton. It consists of 300 acres of open farm land, with 200 acres of drip irrigation, and 500 acres of timberland.

Tom Milliken Sr. and Tombo Milliken, both members of NAI Avant’s brokerage team, represented the seller.
