Teradata Operations Inc. plans to relocate from its offices in Columbia to a facility in Lexington in December.

The company, which provides analytic data solutions, recently signed a long-term lease on a 12,094-square-foot office building at 714 S. Lake Drive, Suite 200.

The lease transaction was valued at about $2 million.

Paul Hartley, a senior broker with NAI Avant, represented Teradata. Ted Rausch with South Lake Associates represented the landlord.
