Attorney Marcy J. Lamar recently co-authored the sixth edition of The Law of Workers’ Compensation in South Carolina, published by the South Carolina Bar.

Lamar previously co-authored the third, fourth and fifth editions of the publication, as well as the 2000 supplement to the third edition.

The latest edition contains up-to-date information regarding workers’ compensation law and incorporates both the 2007 amendments to the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act as well as pre-2007 case law and statutes.

Lamar is a member of McKay, Cauthen, Settana and Stubley P.A.’s workers’ compensation team and practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense litigation.
