EngenuitySC has set Nov. 14 as the date for Ignite, the organization’s annual event to recognize success in the Midlands and inspire future growth.
The event will feature speakers, performances, cocktails, dinner and networking.
There will also be a competition, called the “Ignite 2012 Ideas Contest,” where innovators pitch projects. Attendees will vote to select the top pitches; winners receive $1,000 to $5,000 to kick-start their idea.
Additional details including location, time and speakers will be announced at www.engenuitysc.com/ignite.
Headquartered in Columbia, EngenuitySC is a public-private partnership formed to develop the Midlands’ knowledge-based economy by fostering entrepreneurship and innovation.
