Alliance Consulting Engineers Inc. elected senior project manager Jamie Frost as a shareholder of the Columbia-based civil engineering firm.

A registered professional engineer, Frost joined Alliance in 2004 as a project manager. His responsibilities include planning and design of site engineering for industrial parks, subdivisions and commercial developments, and extensive work with water, wastewater, grading, storm drainage, roadway and stormwater design.

Frost earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1997 from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

In the past eight years, Alliance has grown from its main office in Columbia to four regional offices.
