David M. Bornemann has joined the McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley P.A. law firm’s workers’ compensation team.

Bornemann has practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense, subrogation and workers’ compensation appeals since 2006.

He is a member of the South Carolina and Richland County Bar associations, graduate of Leadership Columbia Class of 2012, member of the Contemporaries of the Columbia Museum of Art, and graduate of the South Carolina Bar Association’s 2012 Leadership Academy.

Prior to practicing law, Bornemann was a law clerk for Judge Paul M. Burch.

Bornemann is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College and the USC School of Law.
