NAI Avant is working to help people in the Southeast save a few dollars.

Bobby Hathaway, a member of NAI Avant’s senior retail brokerage team, recently closed on four Dollar Tree leases, including one in South Carolina, totaling 34,000 square feet of retail space.

The transactions were valued at approximately $2.15 million.

Hathaway represented the landlord in all four transactions. The stores are located in North Augusta; Roxboro and Thomasville, N.C.; and Thomson, Ga.
