Providence Family Medicine Lexington opened its doors Monday, led by doctors Wayne Black and Hance Oliver.

Black is also a charter member of the Lexington Medical Association.
Oliver received his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. He then completed his residency training in family medicine at Palmetto Health Richland.
Oliver served as the medical director for an urgent care facility prior to joining private practice.
Black and Oliver will see patients from pediatric to geriatric at the Lexington practice.
