BB&T has promoted Ashely D. Teasdel to assistant vice president.

Teasdel, who joined the bank in 2005, is a financial center leader at BB&T’s 3401 Forest Drive office in Columbia.

The Columbia native earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Charleston Southern University and a master's in business administration at Southern Wesleyan University.
