Marsha Davis of Colliers International has been elected for the 2012 term to the board of the Commercial Real Estate Women Midlands South Carolina network, which is dedicated to supporting the achievements of women in commercial real estate.

Davis, certified by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, is a member of the Colliers International Office Practice Group and the Colliers International Healthcare Services Group, focusing in the leasing and sale of office and medical properties.

She serves as a landlord representative for Capitol Center at 1201 Main St. and 1441 Main St., two of the largest office buildings in downtown Columbia.

In 2011, Davis completed more than $17 million worth of transactions involving 183,000 square feet of space.

Davis is a member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association Circle of Excellence and serves on the association’s professional standards committee.

She also serves on the board of Trinity Housing Corp., where she volunteers with its transitional housing program at St. Lawrence Place.
